5704.) I am really, honestly tired of the people who post "I am x years old and I have never..." Let me tell you guys one thing.
People will always be ahead/behind where you are in your life. That is them living their life and you living yours. It doesn’t matter WHAT AGE something happens at. I just graduated from college. I have friends my age who are married with kids. Yes. Plural. I have friends that are divorced. I have friends who have never had a significant other, friends who have never had sex. Friends who are going to med school, law school, grad school. Me? I am in a long term relationship and I am moving in with my boyfriend. I am hoping to be a teacher. I am not getting married, I am not having kids. That’s not where I am in life even though a majority of my peers are at least engaged. And just because you’re 15/25/60 and haven’t been held/kissed/sexed up doesn’t make you WEIRD. It doesn’t make you DIFFERENT. That is how YOU live YOUR life. Things will happen to you when they are supposed to. Don’t force them to happen because some mythical number says it is “too soon” or “too late”. It is fine. You’re amazing. You’re you. Your life is different than any one else’s and you will experience it in your own way. And that is just fantastic.
