Aren’t you afraid for your safety why do let people ask you questions on here?
I’m not afraid for my safety, because my safety doesn’t come from what people do or do not know about me. (And even then, I control how much I reveal.)
As for why I let people ask me questions on here … At first I was curious to see what would happen. A friend of mine recently pointed something out - “Normal people” he said, “set these things up and nobody asks them anything. You set one up, and BAM! Drama!”
I definitely didn’t expect the kind of response this has gathered, but i’d be lying if I said I didn’t love it (yes, even the creepy ones). For the non-creepy questions, the reason is simple: I love asking questions, so naturally, I love answering them too. For the creepy questions … well, at this point, its a bit like a train wreck: you’re morbidly fascinated and you can’t look away. Its quite likely that a good portion (if not all) of these questions come from people in my life - so, considering that, it’s pretty amazing what internet anonymity will do to a person. It’s become a bit of an inverted, passive observance of human nature for me, really. :P
